Welcome to Sunrise Paddleboards! By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. SERVICES OFFERED
We provide paddleboard, kayak, and e-bike lessons, rentals, and tours. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
To secure your spot, you must make a reservation and complete payment through our services calendar. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
3. AGE AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Participants must be at least 8 years old for paddleboarding and kayaking.
For e-biking, participants must be at least 16 years old.
If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before participating in our activities.
4. SAFETY AND CONDUCT
Safety is our priority. Follow all instructions from our staff and use the provided safety gear.
Any unsafe behavior may result in the cancellation of your activity without a refund. We encourage everyone to wear life jackets during activities.
5. LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in paddleboarding, kayaking, and e-biking. You agree not to hold Sunrise Paddleboards responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during your activities.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including images, descriptions, and logos, is protected by copyright. You may not use our content without permission.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
